This Privacy Policy explains how Shkor Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (WY file no. 2026-002003106), 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“we”, “us”), collects and processes personal data when you use Simbiot UI at ui.cil.by (the “Service”).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your project content to train AI models.
For users from the EEA/UK: we process data on the bases of contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interest (security, audit, service improvement) and consent where given (marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time).
We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service: payment processing (Stripe), AI inference infrastructure (Anthropic / Claude), and hosting providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Private cooperative data and the studio knowledge base are not shared with other customers.
Application data is kept up to 24 months. Billing records as required by tax law. Audit logs are kept for the lifetime of the workspace plus 12 months. You can request earlier deletion of your application data (see §7).
We apply access controls, encryption in transit and signed, hash-chained audit logs to detect tampering. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users of confirmed personal data breaches as required by law.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time: alex@shkor.com. We respond within 30 days. Californian users have equivalent rights under CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as defined there.
Data is processed in the USA. Where required, transfers from the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We may update this policy; material changes are announced in the Service or by email.
