Terms of Use

Simbiot UI · Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Simbiot UI, a hosted web workspace for Claude Code with agent mailbox, studio knowledge base and signed audit (the “Service”), available at ui.cil.by. The Service is operated by Shkor Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (WY file no. 2026-002003106), with its registered office at 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“Shkor Labs”, “we”, “us”).

1. The Service

Simbiot UI gives you a deployed web interface to a Claude Code environment, including a Claude seat for the subscription term, an agent mailbox, read-only access to a curated studio knowledge base, and signed audit logs. We provision and operate the infrastructure; you use it to build your own projects.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Access is granted by application. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered at $99.9 per month per workspace, Claude seat included, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing for new subscription periods with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: break applicable law; infringe intellectual property; attack, probe or overload our or third-party systems; mine cryptocurrencies; generate malicious code or malware; or attempt to extract the studio knowledge base or private cooperative data beyond the access granted. The studio knowledge base is provided read-only for use inside your workspace and may not be redistributed.

5. AI output

Output generated by Claude Code is produced by a third-party AI model. It may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI output is free of errors or omissions.

6. Your data

Your projects, files and agent communications remain yours. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Studio knowledge base content and cooperative know-how remain the property of Shkor Labs.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections 5, 8–10 survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shkor Labs’ total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law grants you a different venue.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
